Inside the shop
The shop is very small, so we welcome two customers at a time.
At busy times, please join the orderly queue outside. You’ll spot the navy ropes and gold stanchions, because naturally the queue had to match the shop.
Maximum capacity inside is three people.
The shop is card only.
Online orders are postal only at first, with no shop collection available initially.
Accessibility
Cocoa Bothy at The Steeple is inside a historic building, and due to the limitations of the space, there is no wheelchair access.
There is a small step from pavement level into the shop.
The front door is 70cm wide.
The shop floor is very small, so please bear this in mind when visiting with prams or mobility aids. Small prams can be taken in, but space is limited.
We are not dog friendly due to the size of the shop. Assistance dogs are welcome.
