Here's to the next 6 months!
The past six months have been wonderfully busy in the very best way. From our first ever orders to packed market days, new stockists, repeat customers, and messages from chocolate lovers far and wide, it’s been a whirlwind. Energising, humbling, and powered almost entirely by chocolate and determination.

Behind the scenes, it’s been long nights and full weekends. Recipe tweaking, flavour testing, packaging, problem solving, and learning as we go. We’ve refined how we work, grown our production capacity, and obsessed over textures and flavours so that every bar and box leaving the 'bothy' kitchen is something we’re genuinely proud of. Seeing people enjoy what we make still never gets old.
And we’re only just getting started. The next chapter is shaping up to be a good one. We’re busy working on new launches we can’t wait to share, with fresh flavours, seasonal treats, and a few creative twists that stay true to our Highlands roots while bringing something a little unexpected. There are also some lovely collaborations in the works, plus new ways to make it easier to get your hands on our chocolate.

Most importantly, thank you. Every order, recommendation, market visit, social share, and kind message has helped Cocoa Bothy grow. Small businesses are built on community, and we feel incredibly lucky to have ours.
