Spring arrives in the Highlands. And with it, something special is happening at Cocoa Bothy.
It’s been a busy few weeks behind the scenes. New ideas are tested. Flavours are refined. And now, everything comes together for our second Easter release, landing at 10am on Easter Sunday.

A limited Easter collection worth the wait
First of all, let’s talk about the stars of the season.
Our Easter Bothy Bar Set features four limited edition flavours. Each one is carefully developed. Then tested. Then tested again. Only the very best make the final cut.
So, what makes the line-up?
The Creme Egg Bothy Bar
First, the crowd favourite.
Crack open the Creme Egg bar and you’ll find a velvety fondant centre. It’s lightly scented with vanilla. And right at the heart, a signature yellow ‘yolk’.
Then, it’s wrapped in smooth Belgian milk chocolate. Rich. Creamy. Completely moreish.
It’s no surprise this one is an instant hit.
The Golden Egg Bothy Bar
Instead of milk chocolate, it’s encased in caramelised white Belgian chocolate. The result is deeper. Richer. Almost butterscotch in tone.
And just like that, the Golden Egg Bothy Bar is born.
Apple & Caramel Hot Cross Bun
Then, we look to seasonal baking for inspiration.
The humble hot cross bun keeps calling us back. So, we recreate it in chocolate form.
Gently caramelised apples are folded into rich caramel. After that, a lightly spiced cinnamon ganache brings everything together.
The result? Comforting. Nostalgic. And unmistakably Easter.

Orange Mini Egg Crunch
Finally, we go for texture.
We crush mini eggs. Then we fold them through a vibrant orange praline. The result is bold. Crunchy. And seriously addictive.
